Ms. Dwan Bowen joined our team as Chief Financial Officer in 2008. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Washington. Ms. Bowen brings over 25 years of experience with her. She was a partner in a local CPA firm before moving into the industry.  Ms. Bowen has been active in professional and  civic organizations including: serving as President of the Washington State Society of CPA's, President of the Rotary Club of Lacey, Rotary District 5020 Treasurer and Finance Chair, President of the Lacey Chamber of Commerce and President of the Thurston County Economic Development Council.
