Students greet new Spanaway Junior High School four months ahead of schedule -May 2007

STEILACOOM-To the delight of the students, the Spanaway Junior High School officially opened it's doors and students were ushered into their brand new school. The school originally was set to open in September but opened up for students on May 15th, four months ahead of schedule. Port Steilacoom Office Development- May 2006

STEILACOOM-Babbit Neuman Constructiodn Co. (BNCC, Inc.) is currently underway with the development and construction of the new Port Steilacoom Offices located in the heart of the Historical District in downtown Steilacoom.

The approximate 11,400 square foot commercial office building will be home to Babbit Neuman Construction Co. with the balance of the professional office areas leased out.

This professional office building will offer tenants customized space with spectacular views of the South Puget Sound, Olympic Mountains and downtown Steilacoom's Historical District.

The scope of the new Port Steilacoom Offices includes full site development, demolition of existing apartment buildings and construction of the new two (2) story office building with an underground parking garage.

The exterior design of the building conforms to the design standards of the Historical District and will be a graciously added feature to the Historical District. The architectural firms of Greene Gasaway Architects and Grulich Architecture combined their expertise in designing this project.
