High End Residential Homes by BNCC, Inc.
1607
Nisqually Street, Steilacoom, Washington
This 2850 sq. ft. home completed in 2001. This is a Victorian
Style Home Design. This was a renovation project where only
a floor system and one wall could be salvaged due to the age
of the existing home. The original home was built in the late
1880's and unfortunately had deteriorated beyond repair. The
primary problem was a lack of a concrete foundation. The original
home rested on cedar timbers acting as its foundation.
The
renovation consisted of replacing the existing home with a new
Victorian Home exterior façade that sat in the original
foot print of the home. A complete renovation to the exterior
gardens also took place.
