This was a new building project built on a campus that was fully occupied by staff, general public, and students. Building 100 originally burned to the ground in 2000. The owner, after resolving with the insurance entities involved, proceeded with the replacement of the building, with a new, upgraded design.

This fast track project started in February, 2001. After initial demolition of existing, remaining concrete slabs and footing systems, the project suffered a three week permit delay. BNCC, on its own accord, changed its pre-planned sequence of construction, and brought the project back onto the "original as planned schedule". The project was done on time and within owner budgets.
