This four (4) Phase Construction Project involved a new wood framed roof over the existing flat roofs, full site re-development and the complete demolition and renovation to all interior spaces of the Middle school, while fully occupied by staff, general public, and students. Substantial pre-planning for material deliveries, storing materials on site (limited space available), maintaining ingress and egress routes, scheduling "Noise" work, maintaining strict safety for everyone involved and ultimately moving owner operations by phase went smoothly because of the developed construction team.

The building is more than 40 years old and many concealed, hidden conditions became known during demolition operations. Our firm maintained the owner's needed schedule and absorbed the performance of this type of change work within the pre-planned time lines. Factually, we were able to accelerate the pre-planed schedule during the phasing operations to assure substantial completion as needed by the owner. The owner will validate that this project was the most successful projects they had encountered in their capital improvements process.
