This project was located at the Echo Glen juvenile detention center. The exiting cottages were converted from minimum security to medium security facilities. This required complete select demolition of all interior spaces, new over framed roofs, new detention doors, hardware and controls. This was the first of four phases to convert all cottages to medium security holding facilities.
