This
project took place at the same time as the SNOPAC Communications
Center. The project consisted of complete demolition of the
1st floor area (approx 23,000 Sq Ft) and re-construction of
the space for the City of Everett police department with security
holding cells.
Because
of our approach to the construction project, the City of Everett
elected to have out firm perform over $3000,000.00,of site work
improvements, including the installation of a 180 foot tower
for the Snohomish Emergency Response System.
BNCC
carefully worked with the design team and multiple owner representatives
to assure complete and comprehensive performance of all installations,
as strict inspections (and specifications) were a part of the
normal day-to-day construction operations.
