Construction of a new two (2) story office building approximately 11,500 square foot in size. Wood framed structure with a unique Historical exterior façade to blend this building into its surroundings. BNCC will be recycling materials from the existing structure or donating usable material to local causes, including the Steilacoom Garden Club who will be using plant material for their annual fundraiser. Prior to the existing structure being demolished, local Steilacoom Firefighters had a chance to train using the building....read more here.
