| The
Sultan Community Center was designed to set the precedent for
development standards in the City's retail core. Derived from
a study of early twentieth century buildings, the historic style
reflects the conservative character of this small community. The
two story wood and brick structure houses city administrative
offices, a public library and community meeting facilities. The
project also won the
Puget Sound Regional Council's VISION 2020 Award. |
