About Our Safety Program

BNCC, Inc. reviews each project for its unique safety requirements and potential exposures, then consults and works with Labor and Industries and APPROACH Management to develop a site specific safety program at the start of each project.

The job site is then periodically inspected for safety and exposures on a period basis by three (3) separate third party groups, including Labor and Industries Consultation Division, APPROACH Management and our insurance carrier.

Our overall safety program continues to develop with the changing Federal, State and or local municipality statutes during each fiscal year. BNCC, Inc. continues to work with L&I to maintain up to date & accurate safety procedures.

We hold regular interval company meetings with superintendents, project mangers and project assistants to maintain the importance of our safety program and to get out team involved in its processes.

We hold weekly safety meeting with subcontractors and employees, documenting the topic matter and subjects addressed on each jobsite.

BNCC Inc., takes a very pro-active position with its safety program and its application for each individual project.

If personnel and/or our superintendents on site do not comply with BNCC's safety program, they are removed.
