Quality Control
BNCC,
Inc.'s owners and employees all become involved in our Quality
Control Program. Quality Control takes place in the field and
at the home office, because of the coordination requirements
high levels of communication are required.
Quality
Control applies to all aspects of our business, from professional
and organized presentation of paperwork to field pre-construction
meetings, subcontractor coordination meetings and field inspections
of installed materials.
Field
coordination between the trades installing materials is the
most critical aspect of resolving potential problems before
they exist. BNCC, inc. will require weekly subcontractor coordination
meetings (mandatory) to review schedule requirements, potential
installation conflicts and hold general discussion on potential
problems. Revised weekly schedule updates are then issued to
all parties.
BNCC,
Inc. will require pre-installation meetings with the owner and
design team members, using mock ups for the material to be installed,
as applicable. This allows the owner and design team members
to discuss actual installations with the trade performing the
work, while being able to review actual intended installations.
By
holding coordination meetings and pre-installation meetings
on a weekly basis, we strive to mitigate conflicts and create
the best end results possible.
Site
safety, communication, and hard work make all of our projects
extremely successful.
